AO7 Industry Recover & Resilience Officer (IRRO) Coordinator
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an AO7 IRRO Coordinator for a temporary role until 30th June 2026.
- The role location is flexible within South East Queensland
Duties Include –
- Mentor, guide, lead and develop staff to deliver on medium-term recovery and long-term resilience of primary producers who have been impacted by eligible disaster events (e.g. cyclone, flooding, storms, or bushfire).
- Lead a team of IRROs to assist primary producers who have been impacted by an eligible disaster event to access referral pathways to available grants and loans, and industry business, financial and mental health support.
- Lead the identification of event-impacted areas and areas of emerging needs and deliver workshops that meet the needs of impacted producers.
- Support the development of industry-specific, on-farm, business resilience plans and provide links to technical advice on natural disaster recovery and resilience.
- Lead the development of linkages and collaborations with industry, commodity, and community networks.
- Lead the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to Government of gaps identified in available services for industry.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of agricultural production systems, agricultural extension, and/or farm business management.
- Experience in management of staff and project outcomes.
- Ability to travel and undertake work remotely.
- Proven record of working independently.
- C Class Drivers Licence.
