AO5 Administration Officer

All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking an AO5 Administration Officer for a temporary role until 15/10/25.

  • AO5 pay scale
  • Brisbane CBD location

Duties include:

  • High volume mail merge for suppliers. This will be a big piece of work and will require someone with good attention to detail.
  • Schedule and set up rooms, confirm attendance, guest speaker, agenda, etc.
  • High volume data entry, document management and database organisation.
  • Document creation and distribution (high volume).
  • Supplier Matrices.
  • Ongoing mailbox management

Requirements

  • Very strong attention to detail skills. Very good Microsoft skills particularly doing mail merges, document management, excel, etc.
  • A self starter – someone who can take the initiative when responding to various emails or requests from the inbox.
  • Good written and oral communication skills – be able to pull together meeting agendas and be able to take minutes at meetings.
  • Ability to respond quickly and prioritise multiple activities.
  • Understanding of Qld Government policies and procedures will be highly regarded.
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Criminal History check.
