ALL Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to join a self-funding charitable organization, which provides essential health and medical services to the NT community. The Payroll Officer will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for staff, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining payroll records. This role is crucial in supporting the client's mission to deliver quality healthcare services.
About the Role:
Working alongside the Payroll Manager, you will provide timely and professional payroll information and services to their staff. The successful Candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Processing employee timesheets and payments
- Ensuring Payroll administration documents are processed, completed accurately and detailed records are kept throughout the employment lifecycle
- Utilising Payroll and HRIS Sysems
- Processing of Salary Sacrifice and Workers Compensation payments and reimbursements
Selection Criteria:

- Minimum 12 months proven experience in processing payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and relevant legislation.
- Experience with interpreting relevant awards and enterprise bargaining agreements.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, tax and superannuation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Hold a current National Police Check, or willing to obtain.
- Hold a current Ochre Card, or willing to obtain.
- Ability to provide evidence of Covid-19 Vaccination.
